Each box contains 20 sachets, 6 g per sachet. Reformulated with half-sachet dosing for more precise administration. Each sachet contains paracetamol (acetaminophen) 125 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 mg, and artificial bezoar 5 mg. Indicated to relieve symptoms of common cold and influenza in children, including fever, headache, limb aches, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat. Administer dissolved in warm water, three times daily. Dosage by age: 1–3 years: 0.5–1 sachet per dose; 4–6 years: 1–1.5 sachets per dose; 7–9 years: 1.5–2 sachets per dose; 10–12 years: 2–2.5 sachets per dose. ⚠️ Precautions: Contraindicated in severe hepatic or renal impairment.
